How the shift matcher works

  1. 1Enter your shift hours. Type the time your shift starts and ends. Overnight shifts that cross midnight are fine.
  2. 2Pick the days you work. Select the weeknights you're scheduled. Choose fixed or rotating.
  3. 3See covered evenings and gaps. The tool maps your shift against our evening care window and current availability.
  4. 4Book or join the waitlist. Book a tour for covered evenings, or join the waitlist for any gaps.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a covered evening?

An evening is covered when your shift overlaps our care window (5:00 PM – 11:00 PM) that weeknight and a spot is available for that date.

My shift starts before 5 PM — will that show a gap?

The tool reports the hours that fall outside evening care as a gap so you can plan wrap-around care. Evening care itself runs 5–11 PM on weeknights.

Does it handle rotating schedules?

Yes. Mark your shift as rotating and enter the days you're typically on. Because schedules shift, we recommend confirming specific dates with a quick call.

What if an evening I need is a gap?

You can join the waitlist for that evening; we'll notify you when a spot opens. Covered evenings can be booked right away with a tour.
